About Kenneth

Kenneth Zorabedian is the Founder and President of United Parking LLC, a Providence-based parking management and valet company serving clients throughout greater New England.

Kenny founded United Parking in 2005, building the company from a small local valet operation into a full-service parking company providing valet services, parking management, surface lot operations, traffic control, and special event parking. Today, United Parking works with restaurants, hotels, private clubs, commercial properties, property owners, developers, and major events throughout the region.

As President, Kenny leads the company's business development, strategic growth, client relationships, property partnerships, and expansion into new markets. A major focus of his work is helping property owners and developers maximize underutilized parking assets through professional management, technology, enforcement, and revenue strategies.

Innovation & Growth

Kenny has continued to adapt United Parking as the needs of its clients and the industry have changed. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when traditional valet operations were largely shut down, he helped create DASAP, a new service model that transitioned valet employees into delivery drivers and curbside ambassadors, allowing the company to retain staff while helping local restaurants and businesses adapt to takeout, delivery, and curbside service.

That ability to adapt and identify new opportunities continues to shape United Parking's growth today, including the company's expansion in parking technology, surface lot management, event operations, and new markets throughout New England.

community leadership

Kenny's business career has remained closely connected to the Providence community. In 2025, he co-founded the 02908 Merchants Collective, bringing together local businesses, nonprofit organizations, residents, and community partners to support economic development and neighborhood initiatives throughout Providence's 02908 district. His community work also includes the long-running Smith Hill Turkey Drive, which provides Thanksgiving meals to local families each year.

Kenny has also served on the Board of Ocean Tides since 2015. Through his involvement, he has supported the organization's work with young people and remained actively engaged in its mission, fundraising efforts, community partnerships, and long-term success.

Kenny and United Parking are also longtime supporters of numerous local nonprofit and charitable organizations throughout Rhode Island, with a continued focus on giving back to the communities where the company operates.

Today, Kenny continues to lead United Parking alongside his brother and business partner, Robert Zorabedian, with a focus on strategic growth, long-term partnerships, and building on more than 20 years of experience in the parking and hospitality industries.

"Great parking isn't just about spaces - it's about people, experiences and the communities we serve."
